You can get fit, find peace of mind and achieve your own goals in totally calming and relaxed surroundings.

 

Tai Chi strengthens the body, relaxes the mind and lifts the spirit, generally enhancing the wellbeing of the whole body. Improve mobility, stability, breathing, concentration and support any rehabilitation/recovery.

 

Many of the slow movements are assisted by the tender kindness of gravity, increasing energy efficiency, producing a light touch and sense of ease.

 

The spiritual intesity of the slow movement is quite special, as if rooted/grounded to the energy earth yet connected to the spiralling blue infinite, beyond mortal life, in touch with the higher self. (Yin & Yang)
