Relaxing Finish

 

 

 

It is important to practise throughout in a relaxed but fully focused and grounded manner

 

At the end of training it is particularly important to spend a few minutes completely unwinding, releasing any performance tension and stretching out all muscle groups, together with slow easy breathing. This is to fully refresh and gain the maximum benefits from Tai Chi

 

Dont skip on the last few minutes of the important relaxing process after each practice
