Tai Chi can help towards living well. It can contribute to the wider picture of Mindfulness, which involves what we eat and what we do .....      and what we say! .....     (to ourselves and others - see  Mindfulness)

 

Tai Chi certainly helps in the process of being Mindful as it forms a moving meditation and promotes the flow of Chi for Wellbeing.
